Customer has Windows 2003 Small Business Standard and BE Small Business

He wants to backup Linux servers. Does he need RALUS licenses?

And what is the GFRS Agent?

Yes , he will need a RALUS licence for this and it is a paid option.

GRFS stands for "Generic Remote File System". GRFS agents include agent for MAC,UNIX and Win 9x.
