RALUS on SLES10sp1 OES2SP1 volumes not listed in media server job setup

second server installed with RALUS, Windows Bakupexec 12.5 media server

cannot see volumes for the server on the job setup tab

 

installation reports successful and linux server displayed

checked config file, rebooted server

first server with RALUS working fine and backups are successfull

second server will not display volumes in job setup tab
