ReInstalling BE 11d

Hi,
Due to major problems I wish to uninstall BE11d and install it again from scratch. What is the best method to do this as i wish to keep my tape info, job history and jobs.

Hello,

You could perform a dump database with help of the following document:

And then keep a backup of the DATA folder by copying it to another drive before uninstalling backup Exec.
