Hi everyone
I have Backup Exec reports sent to me daily via email for a bunch of different clients. These are web pages attached to the emails. When I open them up in a web browser, I can't expand the tree. There are little plus buttons which should show more information but these don't work. I have tried all the big browsers like Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox and Chrome but neither one of these is able to handle it. Clicking the expand all button doesn't work either. So I have to login to each server manually to see the report, and there the plus buttons work fine. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? And for any web browser, as I use them all.
