Ready; no idle devices available

Hello,

I'm using Backup Exec 11d on a HP AiO600 Storage Server with a virtual backup tape library (HP D2D).  The Storage server and virtual disk library are connected through an iSCSI network.  In the devices tab in backup exec I can see the robotic library (HP 2) and the slots.  But when I do an inventory, I get the message "Ready, no idle devices are available".  In the device manager of Windows, I see the driver as an "Unknown Medium Changer".  What must I do to get my backup working ?

Hello,

I have done some other tests and I'm able to do a backup with HP Data Protector Express.  When I do an import of a tape with HP Data Protector Express, I can see it in Backup exec.  An import in Backup Exec doesn't work.
