Receive A00008488 error on 1 Mailbox when backing up exchange 2003

Only 1 mailbox gets this error.
This is the first time receiving this message when backing up brick level.

I assume that means you have run successful mailbox backups prior to this error? Was this mailbox part of those previous backups?

Check to see if the mailbox was recently marked as inactive, disabled, hidden, etc.

Is there any more detail to the error?

This particular mailbox is part of our daily backup and the account is active.

Create a backup job for just that one mailbox, run it and if it fails post the part from the job log which details the error (increase your job log detail in Tools\Options)

Hi,

I would like to know if, as suggested earlier, have you tried taking backup of the single mail box that is causing the backup job to fail.

Please let us know the exact error message that you are getting along with the error code for troubleshooting this issue further.
