Regarding Symantec Restoring of Exchange mailbox

I am using Exchange server 2003 , i have deleted a mailbox of a user.. i have created a user in a active directory in domain by same name and when i am trying to restore the same mailbox using symantec .... i am getting a error message 

"The job failed with the following error : The logon account you must specified must correspond to a unique mailbox"

Even When you have created a mailbox with same name, but when you try to restore it Backup exec tries to match the internal GUID (which is now diffrent from the previous one)

Hence i would recommend you to use the Microsoft exchange redirection option in restore job properties.

Check the box for exchange redirection and enter the server name for exchange and the same mailbox name which you are trying to restore
