Remote Administrator console privs

I have recently upgraded a customer from ver 8.6 to 10. We had modified one of the users so that they could run the remote admin console even though they were not an administrator. Is there a way to do this with Ver 10?

Follow the steps in Microsoft article Q153183 to edit the registry, so that a Domain user can perform Remote Administration of Backup Exec.
