Remote Agent Blue Screen

BSOD two times in last week; time of BSOD directly correlates to activation of Backup Exec Remote Agent 9.1 on the server. In other words, when the main Backup Exec server attaches to this one with the remote agent it appears to blue screen (not every time, just on occasion). Does anyone have any input?
