Remote Agent errors

Hello,

We are experiencing issues with the Remote Agent on one of our servers... we have it on over a dozen other servers no worries.

The service stops regularly, at least every other day, causing Backup Exec to not back it up. Below is a copy of the event log generated at the time I assume the service stops...

I have tried re-installing the agent and rebooting with no success.

It's a Windows Server 2003 with SP1.

Any advice/assistance is greatly appreciated,
