How do I move a licensed copy of SSO from one server to another?

I have brought another server onto my SAN. I'd like to move a licensed copy of SSO from one server to this new one. The old server no longer requires to be backed up (it was a "sandbox" just for testing).

Is it just as simple as installing it onto the new server and uninstalling it from the old?

In addition to unistalling backup exec on the old server, I would go to the Primary server, and under the devices tab, remove the old server from the devices tree (right-mouse click and delete). This removes the device and job information related to the old server in the Primary's BEDB database.
