Remote Agent for Windows install

I'm trying to install the remote agent and I got the error message "''Attempting to connect to \\Server failed with the following error "The RPC server is unavailable"" is returned and the Backup Exec Remote Agent service is not installed."

So, I go to the knowledgebase and look it up.  It tells me to copy the RANT32 directory to the windows 2003 server.  There is no RANT32 directory.  There is only a RANT64 directory and it doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

When you push an install out to a client is the push done by the media server or does it get pushed out from the client you are using to view the Admin Console?
