Remote Agent service stops in Back exec 9.0

I ahve Backup Exec 9.0 with Windows 2003 Server and for reason the serivice stops ater the retension starts for the back up and also i get a error message with end now or cancel

Note: 1. BEWS 9.1 is a free downloadable upgrade inclusive of previously installed agents and options from Backup Exec 9.0 for Windows Servers agents and options.

2. Update all agents/options on all remote systems because the remote agent software component, which gets installed on the remote system, is different for both the versions of Backup Exec v9.0 and v9.1.

Upgrading from 9.0 to 9.1 includes upgradation of the remote agents as well. You can upgrade the Remote Agents on top of the existing version. Or you can perform a fresh install i.e. uninstall and re-install the Remote Agent for Windows Server. Refer to the following technote for the same:
