Remote Agent service won't start on Itanium based cluster

I have successfully installed the 64 bit RA for version 11d on an Itanium based cluster and the RA service is not starting. I get the following error "Error 1067, The Remote Agent Service Terminated Unexpectedly".
This is verified in Doc ID 287870 but no solution is given!!! How do I get the RA service to start in this instance?

As the article said there is no workaround or solution yet for this issue.  The only thing that I will suggest you is to subscribe to the document below.  Once a solution has been posted you will receive an e-mail notification.
 
After a successful installation of the 64 bit Backup Exec 11d Remote Agent for Windows Servers (RAWS) on an Itanium-based cluster, the Remote Agent service fails to start.
