Remote administration console

Hello, when I try to restore via remote administration console (BE 10.0d) I cannot make test "Resource credentials" in the drives on media server, and my restore job finish with error "unable to attatch to a resource".
If connect to media server by remote desktop and use BE interface, it running ok.

Can anybody help me?

Hello Verneti,

Please ensure that the Remote admin console version and the version of Backup exec are same. If they are of different versions then you will get such error messages:

Hi Rucha, the version of Media server and remote console is the same, 10.0 Rev.5484. Now I'm have making a test with two workstation, Win2k and WinXP, but the problem is the same.

You have mentioned that the version is 10.0 5484.

You can try upgrading to 10.1 the BE media server and the administration console and then verify the result.
