I have backupExec ver 10.1
I bought Remote agent and Advanced open file licenses.
I was told that I have to buy ver 11 licenses but they are compatible with ver 10.
When I try to install them, I need to enter the code number which has different format then the ver 10's license format/
What can I do to install them?
