Remote agent stop with Event ID 7031

Hello,

I have a BE 9.1 SP2- all update.
When I perform a job on a remote server, the remote agent stop and in the event ID of the reomte server (windows 2000 SP4) I have this error: Event ID 7031 - Source: Service control manager - services had terminated unexpectedly.

Can you give some help?

I too am experiencing a problem with a remote agent which terminates unexpectedly. The workaround to this problem is to set the service under Windows to restart on the first,second and subsequent failures. It's a temporary fix which has worked for me. Veritas never answered my e-mail I had posted on this problem.

I have install a update ( http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/276604.htm) on my BE server and reinstall my remote agent. It's work now. I wait some days to be sure.
