PST file is not personal folders file

Hi,

We have DLO agent installed in our laptops to backup user personal files. One of user's hard drive died. So after we reinstalled the Windows XP and Office XP to that laptop we restored all personal files including pst files. All files work fine except pst file. When we tried to open the restored pst file with Outlook 2002, it showed " ...pst file is not personal folders file." I tried to restore the other two revisions. I got the same results. So did I do wrong? Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Hello,

Update to the latest revision of Backup Exec and redeploy the DLO agents and verify the results.

Please specify the exact steps followed for restore. Also specify the exact error message.
