Remove DAG mailbox

I need to remove the mailboxes with errors as shown in the snapshot

...you can't remove a problematic mailbox from a backup. Brick-level backups went out with Exchange 2007. Rather troubleshoot why you can't access the mailbox, or remove from Exchange itself (?).

The problem is when I navigate the mailboxes, these two are not there so I can't delete them.

Try to either exclude them from the backup using the exclusion list, or deselect, and then reselect the Information Store in the selection.

I can't exclude them because they are not in the list.

I've also tried deselecting IS and reselecting it again and they reamin in the list

One option may be to remove the DAG entry from the Backup & Restore tab and then re-add it. However, this way you would lose all job histories and will have to recreate the backup job itself.
