We're encountering an issue with Reports. From the CAS, it seems that any reports that reference a tape media set will return no data whatsoever (empty report). Reports that reference a disk media set will however.
Also note from our MMS, ALL reports are completely empty (maybe this is not an issue?).
We actually had this issue with version 10, and were told by upgrading to version 11 this would be fixed.
Anyone, please help?
