Reports won't send

We have Backup Exec installed on a Windows 2003 server. We have notification alerts set so that we get a report for the job start and job complete with exceptions. We seem to get the job start notification but not the job complete with exceptions.
We have this setup on serveral other servers running Backup Exec and they all work fine.
We have version 9.1
