Required authority to create Deduplication Storage Folder

When I create Deduplication Storage Folder in Device, what do I need to setup authority?

I created Domain User. This is Build-In Users in Domain.

And I add this user to "Administrators" group in Local Server (Backup Server).

But I cannot create Deduplication Storage Folder using this user account.

What is the version of backupexec used by you is that BE 2010 , BE 2010 r2 or BE 2010 r3

Is this the first time when you are creating dedup folder?

You should use a domain admin account.
