Resource de-selection, SBS 2003 R2, BE 12

We're running MS SBS 2003 R2 with  BackupExec12 SBS edition. This is new installation, and we are getting job failures (0xe000fe1f) on the "Configuration DB" and the "Team DB1" SharePoint components. When we test the resource credentials, it fails with "resource not found" errors.

As we do not use the SBS built in SharePoint site, and the BE SBS version does not come with licenses for SharePoint, I would like to NOT have them selected in my backup jobs. However, I do not see an option for this.

Any idea how to de-select  these components?

Open the selection list, but choose Text mode rather than GUI mode

(  This little "gotcha" has been around since v7.0 that I know of    )
