I am having problems restoring large backups accross our network to a variaty of MS 2000 and 2003 servers. We use backup exec 9.1 running on a w2k box
The error message we get from the restore job log is:
Job ended: 15 February 2007 at 21:26:46
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xa0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors
And:
Error writing file data.
Connection to the restore target has been lost. Operation canceled.
The restore job uses an administrator account and has the correct rights. This problem only occurs when restoring large backups (100 gig +)
Any help would be great ?
