Restore Jobs Missing

Running BE 10.1 for Small Business Server 2003. I rotate 3 USB attached drives. Each drive contains 1 Full and 4 Incremental jobs. All backups complete sucessfully, no errors.
 
If I browse the selections area within "Restore Job Properties" all I see are the Incremental jobs listed. Full backups do not appear. What gives?

I have the exact same issue on 2 of my client's servers and haven't found the answer.
