Restore SharePoint items from Backup Exec 2010 R2

Hi,

I cannot restore idividual items or documents from BE 2010 R2.

when i select some documenst to restore it, i get this error:

Restore
Directory WSS_Content_Mysite\/ was not found, or could not be accessed. None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up. V-79-57344-5890 - The object was not found, or could not be accessed (Share point backup). Directory WSS_Content_Mysite\/\Departement folder\Departement subfolder\destination folder was not f...None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up. * GRT option was enabled during the backing up of SharePoint server.

Is your share point account has granted coordinator role to it? To back up and restore individual documents in workspaces or backward-compatible document libraries, the account must be granted the Coordinator role in SharePoint on all folders to be accessed in the workspace or document library.

How/wehere can i check if the accout has granted the coordinator role in SharePoint?
