Restore failed due following error: "e0008488 - Access Denied"

Hello,

I launched a restore failed due following error: "e0008488 - Access Denied".

I checked user and password and it works fine, as I'm trying to perform restore to server where data was backed up from.

I also tried to perform restore on other systems and I get same error.

Restore is about some files from Novell (GrouWise personal mailbox) and all destination servers where I tried to restore data are Novell, so there shouldn't be problems if data type incompatibility.

BackupExec server is 10d running on Windows 2000.

Are files to restore permissions important? Could it be restore fails due files to restore permissions are different of destination folder permissions?

I don't think so as I already did some restores into folders with different rights, but...

Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,

Carles
