Restore hang in BEW11d

Hi, I am using BEW11d and backing up to a USB disk. My backups work perfectly however I have attempted to restore and have selected teh data. The job status changes to running but never goes any further, it does not even state that it is restoring any files... the progress is just blank.
 
Anyone seen this?

Did you ever find a cause/solution outside of this forum? I too am facing the same situation with a backup to an Ultrium 2 auto loader of a full server backup.... Frustrating to never get an error code until I cancel the job.
 
In my case, as soon as the job changes from loading the tape to "restore" it stops activity on the tape drive.
