Currently in BE12 when you attempt to restore a particular resource, you have to choose the backup set from which to restore the resource.
When there are a number of incremental jobs, this becomes complicated, especially when I want to restore "Folder X at time Y", including the base backup and all relevant incrementals.
Instead of making me trawl through all the incrementals to find out if any files were modified in that backup, allow me to restore a resource without making me choose which backup set it is in!
The information about backup sets is already included in the catalog, so it should be able to calculate which backup sets are required to execute the restore of the specified data in order to recover the base and all relevant incrementals to the nominated time.
