Restored Media server but Jobs nor devices came back?

Our Backup Exec 9.1 SP3 Media Server died. I reinstalled Windows 2003, Windows 2003 SP1 and Backup Exec 9.1 SP3, then restored from our latest full backup of the server, received a successful restore and restarted the server to replace the "in use" files.

The entire server seems to be fine on it's newly formatted drives except Backup Exec doesn't have any jobs nor any devices. How do I restore the jobs and devices?

You need to restore BEDB database.
Did your backup included this database?

THANKS! I had backed up the entire server, so yes, the bedb.bak database was backed up, I just had no idea that I had to do something "additional" in order to get it back into the correct spot so to speak.
