Restores fail with event ID 7031

Hi there,

I have tried several restores to different servers (some from tape & some from local SCSI array) and every time on every server the restore fails almost instantly. When I check the event logs on the remote server there is a system log entry with ID 7031:

The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

Hello,

We would like to know what is the data that your are restoring?

1. Please check whether the remote agent installed are of the same version as the Backup Exec media server.If not please update these agents.

2. Please check whether you have installed SP1 for Backup Exec 10.0.If not then please install from the link given below:
