Restoring Shadow Copy Components from one server to another

Not sure where I set my destination file redirection location to be when I am trying to restore Shadow copy components from one 2003 server to a new freshly installed O/S of another one?

Only files can be redirected to another server. Refer to the following technote for more information on this:
