When attempting to back our SuSe Linux 9.3 machine, we are getting several files that state:

file \\filename\was not found, or could not be accessed
The Item server\filename in use - skipped.

Most files are being backed up with no problems.

We are currently using BE Version 10 Rev. 5520.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Are you using the Ralus agent? As per the Software compatibility list, this version is not supported:

Since when does the error occur? Do you also get any errors in the event logs?
