Hi,
This ".QIC" file format was used in very earlier versions of Backup Exec Desktop Edition range of products and not in Windows servers range application.
Unfortunately, we no longer support Backup Exec Desktop edition.
Presently, Backup Exec for Windows servers v10.0 and prior versions cannot restore files created with ".QIC" format.
Update us on the same and revert for any further Query
