Hi again.
I am attempting to backup approx 600GB onto a PV-124T LTO-3 robotic library containing 16 slots. When the current job exceeds LTO-3 tape capacity (363 GB), BE goes to "Queue" current operation status and is awaiting operator intervention to import a media in the drive.
Why is BE not advancing to another available, overwriteable, appendable, online media in the media library containing 16 tapes?
Then when I choose to cancel the job, the job status is being reported as "Failed" rather than "Canceled" and byte count has correct amount of data backed up. Job "failed" because of .pst files which are understandable.
What is going on and how do I fix it. Any suggestions from anyone would help me very much.
