SAP Backup Failed!!!

I used BEWS 10.d and SAP R/3 Oracle.
I installed SAP R/3 Agent, but cannot configured R/3 Agent.

SAP Database Manager and SAP CLI cannot used for Backup Exec. Only SAP GUI used.

I'm not know how initSID.sap configure.
I need help backup used SAP GUI.
