SAP DB13 Backup Failed

Cannot SAP DB backup in SAP DB13 console.
How inform for me set out to backup for SAP DB for Oracle and confiure SAP DB CLI & SAP DB Manager GUI?

SAP DB Version is 7.4 and this DBMS version is supported in Backup Exec 10.1 for Windows Server.
Operating system of SAP DB Server is Windows 2003 Enterprise Edtion. SAP DB Server is Backup Exec 10.1 Server.
