SBS 2003 server and service error after install ver. 10.0

On a new Small Business 2003 server I recieve the following Windows error after installing Veritas version 10.0
"At least one service or driver has failed"
This message did not occur prior to installing.

All BackupExec services are all running, the only thing I can see different in the Event viewer is an error telling me Load balancing has failed due to being disabled or not present. Howevr, load balancing is not enabled on this server since it only has one NIC.

Has anybody seen this error after installing and if so, how to get rid of it?
