SBS CPS Licensing

I recently purchased the BE SBS 11d package. My licensing file is described as:

Small Business Servers Standard with Continuous Protection Server License

All of the BE options are working; DLO, AOFO, etc. But CPS is still running in demo mode. I have a server pair running well. But when I try to add the license number, the program tells me that it is a 'duplicate or invalid' license number.

I've been trying a whole bunch of different sources at Symantec trying to get help. Some say that I need an additional license# and that I can't get it because the license portal is currently down. Others say that the license# I have should work.

This doesn't seem like rocket science. Anybody know how to properly get CPS licensed with this bundle?

Your single Backup Exec for Small Business Server 11d license key will unlock both the Backup Exec Small Business Server edition as well as CPS.

I have seen instances where removing the serial number, rebooting, and readding the serial number has straightened out this kind of issue.
