SBS Exchange backup not working

I have a SBS 2000 server and another server running WIndows 2003 Standard. The tape backup is running on the 2003 server. I have installed Veritas 9.1, the remote agaent, and the Exchange component on the 2003 server. I have also installed the agent on the SBS 2000 server. When I installed the Exchange component it tried to push to the SBS 2000 server and failed because of authentication. I reentered my Domain Admin password and enter the Administrator username and password and it still was not able to push to the SBS 2000 server.

What am I doing wrong because the Exchange backups are still faling.
