The SDR backup will show Job Status failed and Percent Complete 0 if a non-critical or non-system file is not backed up. However the backup job actually has a byte count comparable to a successful backup. This needs to have Job Status Failed and percent complete 0 changed to Job status successful with exceptions and show the actual percent of backup that was completed.
