SP2 Install fails "Rolling Back"

Cannot install SP2 on (clean) SBS 9.1 installation. The installation runs through end and is finlly rolling back. Our IBM-Server runs SBS2003 standard (without SP1).

I find the following error message in file bkupinst.log:

Any ideas?
Are there problems with SBS?

Please refer to the following technote to resolve this error.

(title) Installation of Hotfix or Service Pack1 for Backup Exec 9.x rolls back and BKUPINST.log reports the following error: "lp_MG_NoUiInit failed with error 3."
