SP3 wants SP1, but it is already installed

Hi There,

I am trying to install SP3 on 9.1 but it keeps asking me to install SP1. I have installed this system from SP1, SP2 before and have also tried reinstalling SP2 as mentioned in another thread on this forum.

Whats the story please?
