My scheduled jobs won't run because the job status is device paused. I have two tape drives and neither is paused. Neither is the server paused. I've stopped and restarted the services with no luck. I found article 191275 and tried solution, but all of my drives are already included in the drive pool. I've just recently replaced a bad drive with a new drive and configured them before this occurred.
Have you been able to take any successful back-up after replacing the new drive? Is there any error report? Have you rebooted the server after that and then restarted the service? Please provide these additional info.
