Scheduled backup hang at 99%

New user need some very basic step by step help.
Very simple Server2003 network - one Server 20 clients, just need to backup Server.

Created a backup job, if run it manually completes fine.

When scheduled will run, tape ejects but Job stuck at 99%.

An alert requests I remove the media (which has already ejected) and click ok. On doing this the job completes.

Have updated Backup Exec 9.1 to sp2 but this hasn't solved the issue.

Would be grateful for some help!!

Either remove Eject on End from the job description, or see http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/192055.htm for some tweaks that will auto-respond to alerts
