Hey all,
I`m looking to implement job summary report with scheduled job.
So it could send email every couple of day's with the job summary success/failed with all the backup jobs.
I've did this steps: reports ==> standard reports ==> Jobs ==> Jobs Summary
and made a schedual the thing I`m looking for is when the report job complets I can only see it in backup exec job monitor, and I was looking for sending this summary automatically.
any ideas ?

Hey, well geuss it was thicking "Include report with a notification to an e-mail or printer recipient" check box.
In Job properties ==> Notification

If Backup Exec 2010m then go to the Reports tab, select standard reports, then jobs, then find Jobs Summary, right click go to new Report Job, select your schedule and notifications accordingly. Is this what you require?

You have to configure notifications to do so. Provide mail server information and configure recipients.

Once configured, select the recipients you wan to send the report in Scheduled Report job properties.

Is there a way to get this report to be included in the body of the email instead of an attachment? I like this solution to the problem of all of the alerts that BE 2012 now has for each individual server, but it is very clumsy to use to get a brief indication of what jobs were sucessfull and what had problems. Especially on a mobile device.
