Click on the BE icon and then choose Configuration & Settings and then BE Settings.
Choose Backups on the left pane and on the right-pane, ensure the "prompt..." option is checked and create separate backups as well.
From the Backup & Restore tab, click on new job and choose create new job using existing settings. In the dialog prompt box, select the job which you want to separate.
Now, in the new job, select the appropriate servers and new backups per server would be created. And then, you can remove the old job.
