Sequential Mode??

I have Dell PowerVault 122T Autloader with Veritas Backup Exec 9.1. Is there a way to make the PowerVault be in Sequential mode? I seen where Backup Exec prefers or won't let it be in sequential mode and that it will only work in Randon mode.

No BE will only work with the loader in random mode.

Hi,

Backup Exec will not work with a autoloader in sequential mode. If you want it to work in sequential mode then you will have to create partitions.
