i just thought id ask if you could work this one out for me...
been using version 12 now since it was released and upgraded from 11d but i wanted to ask for some regarding when the actual server itself (patched up to date regularly via M$ update) is restarted (intentiionally) and upon services starting back up thru login my backup exec reports an error that is has lost its link to the b2d files which are stored on a local NAS system on the network which then forces me to do a manually inventory for the files to loaded successfully. I was just wondering why this is and shouldnt the backup exec be automatically finding and loading up its devices which are the locations of my b2d files??
if anyone can crack this one for me i would be greatful...
