Server 2008 password change Backup Exec won't launch

Hello All, Server 2008 forced me to change my Administrator password on a server restart. Now Backup Exec 12.5 is prompting me for a password to launch and connect to the media server. Neither the old or new password will work and backup exec will not start. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help.

Go into services on the server and change the password for all the bkup exec services accordingly now tothe new password.

Follow  chicojrman's advice EXCEPT the BERemote Service should run as the Local System Account
